MRI Black Powder - Day 2


Day 2:
After taking a day off in between lifting sessions I am taking Black Powder for the second time.
I chugged down my second dose of Orange Burst Flavor and almost immediately I felt the Black Powder Kick In.

Day 2 is Back/Bicep for me. My previous max was:
Barbell Curl Straight Bar - 55 Lbs (bar plus 10's and 5's on each side)

Using Black Powder:
Barbell Curl Straight Bar - 65 Lbs (bar plus two 10's on each side)
